What is the correct order for ALL the Higurashi Arcs?

Including the Question Arcs, Answer Arcs, Extra Arcs, Manga Exclusive, Anime Exclusive, PS2 Exclusive, and DS Exclusive.

Normally I would sort them out myself but I am afraid of spoilers.
Well the wikipedia page has it in order that its shown in
But if you mean which arc should be followed by an answer arc it should go like this
Scenario 1
Onikakushi-Hen (this is the very opening arc, I remember watching it, its short and immediately drags into the murder mystery aspect)
Following on from that arc should be the answer arc to this which is
Tsumihoroboshi-hen
Yakusamashi-hen (this is an alternate ending) [manga exclusive]
Scenario 2
Yakusamashi-hen (this is from series 2, but in a timeline comes before Watanagashi-hen) [anime exclusive arc]
The second arc in the series is Watanagashi-hen
Utsutsukowashi-hen (this is the manga exclusive and just a prequal for Meakashi)
Answer arc for this section is Meakashi-hen
Scenario 3
Can be sequalled by the question arc Himatsubushi-hen
3rd question arc is Tatarigoshi-hen
Could be followed byOnisarashi-hen (manga exclusive arc)
Could also be followed by Yakusamashi-hen (but not necessarily) [anime exclusive arc]
Answer arc Minagaroshi-hen
Scenario 4
4th question arc is Himatsubushi-hen
Both the answer arcs Minagoroshi-hen and
Matsuribayashi-hen
Miotsukushi-hen (Playstation 2 extra arc)
Can be followed by Saikoroshi-hen (extra arcs, Higurashi no naku koro ni Rei)
Also can be followed by the epilogue Kokoroiyashi-hen (Manga exclusive arcs)
Others (that are difficult to place and not placed above)
PS2 Arcs
Taraimawashi-hen
An alternate beginning chapter, at first glance, this additional “Question Arc” is a retelling of Onikakushi-hen
Tsukiotoshi-hen
Tsukiotoshi-hen does not provide many answers since it relates what went wrong in Watanagashi/Meakashi-hen and Tatarigoroshi-hen, it is still considered an Answer Arc.
DS-exclusive arcs
Someutsushi-hen
retelling of Onisarashi-hen with new characters and a few minor differences.
KagebÅshi-hen
The version of Onisarashi-hen is told through the eyes of Tomoe Minami, a policewoman that is investigating the strange occurrences happening all over Japan.
Manga-exclusive arcs
Kataribanashi-hen
A collection of reader submitted comics that were created into a story
Extra Arcs
Batsukoishi-hen
A slapstick dream story in which Keiichi and the Soul Brothers fight against the girls by means of the club punishment games.
Hirukowashi-hen
Hirukowashi-hen is based on Higurashi Daybreak. Rena accidentally swallows a magatama that causes her to instantly fall in love with the holder of the paired magatama.
In what order should you read the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni manga?

I’ve been trying to read it, but it’s so confusing! I also want to read the answer arcs, but I don’t know where to find them. Can anyone help me find all the chapters that are out, including the anser arcs, AND tell me what order they are best read in?
if it manga (japanese comic) u should read from right to left, but if it is manhwa (korean comic) u should read from left to right. for your information their scanlation is still not complete yet, so please b patient n mybe their scan will finish next year. sorry cz its disappointed u.

I'm a huge fan of Higurashi, and I really want to play the games on my laptop, but I can't find anywhere to download it so that it'll work on Vista. Does anybody know where?

I've been trying to find the game myself.
You are in luck though for Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni games
are only on the Vista but unfortunately it's really difficult to find Japanese games here in the US. 
My brother has been to every major hacking site to download but it's impossible. =T^T=
However if you do find it can you tell me too. ?
