If everything in the cosmos is heading for chaos, how can planets form from bits and pieces?

Scientists say that everything is heading for entropy and chaos. The example is usually given that a tea cup falling on the floor breaks into pieces, but those pieces will not spontanteously reform the teacup. So if that's true, then how did anything come together after the "Big Bang" to form order in the atoms, molecules, nebula, stars, galaxies, planets, life? Seems to contrdict the law of entropy if everything we see and touch and hear, including ourselves evolved from chaos, not order. How do you reconcile this conundrm?

In the beginning, energy just appeared. Wherever that energy is and wherever that energy expands out into, is the Universe. (See Electromagnetic Spectrum). Some amazing new breakthroughs have allowed us to see that energy pretty much came into being in concentrated clumps and the clumping of energy was much sooner than had been previously thought to have occured. Tiny bundles of energy formed, called photons, that came together and form tiny particles of matter (electrons, protons, and neutrons.) Matter attracts other stuff, the more matter, the denser it's packed, the more attraction. Huge clouds of these particles out in space called nebulas started drawing in unto themselves, in a curling way until the curling turned into spinning. Galaxies of stars formed that way, like cotton candy being spun on a stick with a bulge forming in the middle of the stick that turns into spheres in the openess of space. Everything everywhere is spinning. All that energy that first appeared was, and is, most hot. At first, a sphere like the Sun is very hot and gradually cools down through time. The planets around a sun mostly were hot, molten blobs that spun off from the mother sun early in the sun's formation. Because the Sun has more matter and more attraction, the blobs are held in orbit by the draw or gravity tenticles of the sun. The planets cooled down faster than the sun because they have less matter to cool than does the sun. But, all planets and all suns eventually cool off and run out of heat. Out of those recent new breakthroughs, we have finally determined that the Universe is definately expanding forever. The entropy is in that chilling, lonely expansion and cooling down of all matter.
