I`m really into anime and manga I`d love to work with it so I need to know if I`d have to go into any special colleges or anything like that to start working for places like shonen jump or other popular anime magz.
You don't have to go to any special colleges, but I would recommend it. There are several Manga/Anime colleges in Japan.
If you want to go to college to learn anime then, I would recommend get your drawing skills up, and practice drawing anime/manga as well as realistic, every day. Study basic human and animal anatomy, the way the bones and muscles fit together… etc. But work really hard at your drawing skills!
And yeah, don't forget to experiment and use your imagination & have fun!

have a vague notion of biblical texts (e.g. Evangelion tv show). However they seem to prefer to represent evil characters based on satanic stuff.
It’s just a storyline they follow, and is most likely not based on religion, but on a moral they want to impose, i.e., no war, believe in yourself, etc.
Anything “evil” is automatically assumed to be straight from the Bible (or Satan). It’s called an imagination, and they don’t re-word the stories of the Bible to make an Anime storyline. It comes straight from them.
Not everyone uses allusions, referring to something else. Someone else might think they do, but if the creators don’t, they don’t. If they use, say, homosexual couples (like you see A LOT in different Animes), that doesn’t mean they’re trying to make a statement of intolerance against those Christians who say homosexuality is a sin.
All Japanese artists are their own religion, and are almost as diverse as America.
