What do you have to do in order to work in places that make mangas and anime tv shows?

I`m really into anime and manga I`d love to work with it so I need to know if I`d have to go into any special colleges or anything like that to start working for places like shonen jump or other popular anime magz.
You don't have to go to any special colleges, but I would recommend it. There are several Manga/Anime colleges in Japan.
If you want to go to college to learn anime then, I would recommend get your drawing skills up, and practice drawing anime/manga as well as realistic, every day. Study basic human and animal anatomy, the way the bones and muscles fit together… etc. But work really hard at your drawing skills! 
And yeah, don't forget to experiment and use your imagination & have fun!

I'm wanting to subscribe to a news site via RSS. I want one that's unbiased and that gives a moderate amount of updates — not too many or too few.
Also, I can't stand stupid celebrity gossip. None of that, please.
Any suggestions?
I would take a look at dailysource.org
The Daily Source does a good job of finding the best of articles for you from reliable news sources worldwide and is updated by editors daily who do it for non-profit. One thing I like about it is that it's really simple and gives you variety just in a front page.

…off the top of my head, the final battle between Sonny Chiba's character, and his deadly adversary, in the '70's martial arts actioner, called "The Street Fighter", is a pretty dynamic fight, which is done in the pouring rain…

i have seen it on kakashi but i didnt get it how can he feel pain if it is just an illusion and is the tsukuyomi a mangekyou sharingan technique itachi said that it is but he didnt activate the mangekyou or they just didnt show it in the cartoon it seemed like he used only the normal sharingan for the technique tsukuyomi

Is the Tsukuyomi a Mangekyou Sharingan technique? Itachi said that it is, but he didnt activate the Mangekyou, or they just didn't show it in the cartoon; it seemed like he used only the normal Sharingan for the technique Tsukuyomi.

While the illusion is never the same twice, some elements always remain. The first and foremost similarity is the red moon, which hangs in the sky of each illusion. The moon, in turn, casts a red light throughout the illusion, giving the background a blood-red appearance while the figures within the illusion are in a grayscale inverted color.
Because the Sharingan is the main factor in executing this jutsu, eye contact is required. When he used it on Sasuke Uchiha, however, Itachi seemed to force Sasuke to open his eyes. Sasuke had both eyes closed prior to Itachi's activation of the technique, but opened them in shock as Itachi used the technique. Alternatively, Itachi may have simply caused Sasuke enough pain to open his eyes, or Sasuke did so by himself, despite how unwise such an action was.
Such a powerful technique is not without its disadvantages, however. Due to of the complexity of the illusion and the quickness with which it is executed, an enormous amount of chakra is necessary to perform it. To date, only Sasuke Uchiha has been able to withstand the effects of Tsukuyomi."

You can download it from some torrents , and play on Non-Steam servers or with bots.

Primarily in regards to the fighting style. Recently I’ve been watching a handful and I’ve become highly nostalgic for the way the Samurai Champloo fights were done. Bleach has the parry, parry, parry, parry, stop, monologue, parry, parry, parry, explosion style and it seems that many of the anime I run into have something along those lines, or similar. I want something that is semi-realistic in terms actual fighting as per samurai champloo.
Ok, I completely understand what you are asking so go for: BASILISK.
And after you have seen all of it you could try going a little Old School and watch Samurai Deeper Kyo; and/or Ninja Scroll (movie and series).
And now a days you can watch: BLADE OF THE IMMORTAL (on going, so you'll be hooked).
